Ingredients

  • 2-4 Potatoes Diced
  • 2-4 Carrots Diced
  • 2 Garlic Cloves Minced
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • Butter To Taste

Instructions

  • Peel and chop the potatoes and carrots into evenly sized pieces.
  • Place them in a pot of salted water and bring to a boil. Cook until both are fork-tender.
  • Drain well and return to the pot. Add butter and milk, then mash until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and mix well before serving
