Prepare the Ingredients

Mince the onions and garlic, and chop the fresh parsley. (Note: If you don’t have fresh parsley, you can use 1 teaspoon of dry parsley instead.) For ground chicken, you can buy it pre-ground or grind chicken breasts with a meat grinder. Set these aside
