A green smoothie that doesn’t taste like one — promise.

Some green smoothies are… a bit of a chore. This one? It’s a tropical vacation in a glass. The mango keeps it sweet, the avocado makes it silky, and the chia seeds give it staying power. Whether you’re running out the door or sipping slow on the deck, this Tropical Green Refresher is my go-to when I want to feel healthy without tasting a garden.

What You’ll Need

  • ½ banana
  • ½ cup frozen mango chunks
  • ¼ avocado
  • 1 handful kale or spinach
  • ½ cup coconut water or almond milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

How to Make It

  1. Add liquids first, then greens, then fruit and seeds.
  2. Blend until bright, creamy, and totally smooth.
  3. Pour, sip, feel smug about your morning.

LMK Tip

Blend this one a little longer than usual so the greens get fully incorporated — especially if you’re using kale. Smooth texture > leafy bits. Always.

Fresh smoothie ingredients neatly arranged on a wooden cutting board in a bright, sunlit kitchen: banana, frozen mango chunks, halved avocado, kale leaves, chia seeds, and a small bowl of coconut water.

Whether you’re easing into a slow morning or rushing out the door with smoothie in hand, this Tropical Green Refresher is the perfect way to sneak in something green — without sacrificing taste.

It’s fresh, creamy, and full of feel-good ingredients. And if your regular blender flinches at leafy greens, come visit me over at TrueHill Supply for one that doesn’t blink twice.
